New Transfer Scholarship: Piedmont College

April 9, 2018

Piedmont College was founded in 1897 and has campuses in both Demorest and Athens, Georgia. The college is small, with an enrollment of just over 2,300 and an average class size of 12.

Piedmont College’s two campuses offer something for everyone: The Demorest campus is near state parks, lakes, waterfalls, and other natural adventures, and the Athens campus is in the center of an urban city.

The college has an experiential learning program called Compass, which takes students outside the classroom to promote interdisciplinary learning, career development, civic engagement, and more. And, it allows students to interact directly with their peers, college faculty and staff, and those in the wider community.
