150 Named to 2021 Coca-Cola Academic Team

The Coca-Cola Scholars Foundation and Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society (PTK) have selected 150 college students for the 2021 Coca-Cola Academic Team. Students were named Gold, Silver, or Bronze Scholars and will receive nearly $200,000 in scholarships.

“The Coca-Cola Scholars Foundation has a long history of providing financial assistance to outstanding students at community colleges,” said Jane Hale Hopkins, President of the Coca-Cola Scholars Foundation. “We are proud to partner with Phi Theta Kappa and make it possible for deserving students to achieve their educational goals.”

Team members were nominated by their college administrators based on academic achievement, leadership, and engagement in college and community service. Fifty Gold Scholars will receive $1,500 each; 50 Silver Scholars will receive $1,250 each; and 50 Bronze Scholars will receive $1,000 each. They will also receive a commemorative medallion.

Coca-Cola Academic Team members will be recognized in both local and statewide ceremonies. View the full list of winners.
