The Carolinas Region of Phi Theta Kappa serves 82 chapters throughout the states of South Carolina and North Carolina as well as Bermuda. The Carolinas Region is an award-winning region receiving recognition in scholarship, service, chapter engagement, and diversity.

Support the Carolinas Region at the Leadership Conference on October 9-11 at James Sprunt Community College.
The College Fair is scheduled on Saturday, October 10 from 9:00a.m.-11:00a.m.
Deadline to register: October 2nd
Full refund minus cancellation fee of $10 through September 25.
Half refund minus cancellation fee of $10 from September 26-October 2.
No Refunds after October 2.

Meals are always the costliest expense, and your generous meal sponsorship will include:

* Inclusion of your logo/link in our convention program
* The opportunity to address our group during a sponsored meal, or provide materials to give away at the meal

Early Bird Registration: $100 through September 25.
Regular Registration: $125 from September 26-October 5.
Alumni Registration: $75 through October 5.
Cancellation Fee of $50 through October 5.
No refunds after October 5.

* Sponsors Institution name, link and Logo will be promoted on the Carolinas Region Social Media sites and email correspondences leading up to the Transfer Fair event
* Opportunity to provide a 3-5 minute presentation to the convention delegation at a general session
* Special recruitment displays opportunities for the entire conference/convention to provide personal assistance and information to students
* Sponsors may send in a digital transfer student pamphlet which will be included in all communications to advisors, students, and alumni in the Carolinas Region regarding the conference
* Sponsors may send in one promotional video, no longer than 3-5 minutes, to be posted on the Carolinas Regional Transfer Fair and other Regional Social Media sites in the week leading up to the Transfer Fair
* Sponsor will be provided a table by the Region during the Transfer Fair Event

Many of our members would love to attend regional events for both the learning and fellowship, but unfortunately their chapter may not have the budget to participate. An individual registration for our Leadership Conference has been set at $200 and your gift of this amount will award a registration scholarship to a chapter with need.
