Coca-Cola Leaders of Promise Scholarship

Purpose: The Coca-Cola Leaders of Promise scholarship program provides new Phi Theta Kappa members with financial resources to help defray educational expenses while enrolled in an associate degree program to develop leadership potential through participation in Phi Theta Kappa programs.

Awards: $1,000

Of these awards, several scholarships are earmarked for current members of the military or military veterans.

Additionally, scholarships for international students or students who do not hold a residency status as noted below are eligible to apply through the Global Leaders of Promise Scholarship program. Applicants apply on the same application but do not have to provide residency documentation. The number of awards varies annually.

Eligibility:

• Be currently enrolled in 6 or more semester credits of associate degree, college-level coursework through December 2024.
• Completed at least 12 credit hours but no more than 36 by January 31, 2025.
• 50 or higher GPA on coursework completed in the last five years.
• PTK member in good standing.
• Have not yet received an associate or bachelor’s degree from any college.
• Academic record free from suspension, probation, or other disciplinary actions.
• Do not have a criminal record, or if a convicted felon, have all conditions of sentencing, including probation/parole, completed.
