Leading a team and engaging with others looks very different in a virtual world. In this webinar, some of PTK’s leadership experts share their tips for making the most of the online world, tools you can use, and how you can be more inclusive.

Susan Edwards, PTK’s Associate Vice President of Honors Programming and Undergraduate Research, was joined by chapter advisors and certified leadership instructors Jackie Pierce, Jo Fritts, and Steve Fritts to discuss what leadership looks like online versus in person. They also shared resources for online team-building games, personal assessments, improv exercises, and more.

Other examples and exercises are available through PTK’s Leadership Development Studies curriculum, which is all online and free for members.
