Joining the Alpha Gamma Chi Chapter means becoming a part of a powerful community of diverse college students dedicated to making their own futures through service and leadership. The Alpha Gamma Chi Chapter, established in 1977, is home to over 4,223 members and alumni, all committed to making a lasting impact through leadership, service, and academic excellence.

The chapter leaders at the Alpha Gamma Chi Chapter have been working on service and research projects both on campus and in the community. Here are a few of their recent projects:

• Restoring the Campus Library to its Former Glory
• Examining how the elements of play can create a comfortable environment for learning skills in an enjoyable way
• Revamping Ranger Recruitment

Scholarships

Members of the Alpha Gamma Chi Chapter who aspire to receive a bachelor's degree have access to millions of dollars in transfer scholarships from PTK's four-year partners--these awards provide significant savings towards tuition at over 800 four-year colleges and universities. Also, $11,130 has been awarded in competitive scholarships from PTK's Foundation in recent years. These scholarships help ease the financial burden of college, enabling members to focus on their studies and future careers.
