The Phi Sigma Chapter, established in 1970, is home to over 6,147 members and alumni, all committed to making a lasting impact through leadership, service, and academic excellence.

The chapter leaders at the Phi Sigma Chapter have been working on service and research projects both on campus and in the community. Here are a few of their recent projects:

  • The Role of Nostalgia in Promoting Engagement with College Sports
  • Promoting Mental Wellness
  • Creating a Podcast to Help Students Combat Social Isolation During the Pandemic

Scholarships

Members of the Phi Sigma Chapter who aspire to receive a bachelor's degree have access to millions of dollars in transfer scholarsips from PTK's four-year partners--these awards provide significant savings towards tuition at over 800 four-year colleges and universities. Also, $52,250 has been awarded in competitive scholarships from PTK's Foundation in recent years. These scholarships help ease the financial burden of college, enabling members to focus on their studies and future careers.
