Welcome to the information page for the Xi Pi Chapter at Polk State College, Winter Haven Campus! We are thrilled to have you here and are excited to welcome you to our community of high achievers. Joining the Xi Pi Chapter means becoming a part of a powerful community of diverse college students dedicated to making their own futures through service and leadership. The Xi Pi Chapter, established in 1966, is home to over 5,505 members and alumni, all committed to making a lasting impact through leadership, service, and academic excellence.
The chapter leaders at the Xi Pi Chapter have been working on service and research projects both on campus and in the community. Here are a few of their recent projects:
- Restoring A Campus Greenhouse: Healthy Eagles Soar When We Work Together
- Helping the Helpers: Suicide Prevention Training For Our First Responders
- Providing Nutrition Through Campus Greenhouse Restoration
Scholarships
Members of the Xi Pi Chapter who aspire to receive a bachelor's degree have access to millions of dollars in transfer scholarsips from PTK's four-year partners--these awards provide significant savings towards tuition at over 800 four-year colleges and universities. Also, $5,250 has been awarded in competitive scholarships from PTK's Foundation in recent years. These scholarships help ease the financial burden of college, enabling members to focus on their studies and future careers.
